Preheat oven to 177° if using a silver 9-inch springform pan (or325 if using a dark nonstick 9-inch springform pan).
Mix crumbs, granulated sugar and butter; press firmly onto bottom of pan.
Bake 10 min.; cool. Increase oven temperature to 232°.
Beat cream cheese and brown sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup of the candy.
Bake 10 min. Reduce oven temperature to 121°; continue baking 25 min. or until center is almost set.
